EXPERT TESTIMONY

Unfortunately, disputes arise and you may be in need of expert testimony to assist in the resolution of the dispute. Expert testimony is unbiased and provides an objective evaluation of the Federal Crop Insurance Act, the regulations published at 7 C.F.R. chapter IV, Standard Reinsurance Agreement (SRA), bulletins or other memoranda, policy provisions or procedures and how they apply to a particular factual situation. Arrigo Risk Consulting PLLC is uniquely qualified to provide such testimony since Kim Arrigo has extensive experience with all the laws, regulations, SRA, bulletins, differing policies and plans of insurance and procedures because it was her responsibility to review and approve these documents over the last 25 years. Therefore, she is eminently qualified to evaluate your case and provide expert testimony.

There will also be times where expert testimony may be needed regarding the history of the Federal crop insurance program, general information about statutory provisions and regulations, the relationship between the Risk Management Agency (RMA) and the insurance companies, the SRA and how it operates, the role of RMA as a federal regulator, and the policy and procedures relating to arbitration, Civilian Board of Contract Appeals, damages, and preemption. Kim Arrigo was involved in the drafting, reviewing and approving of all of these provisions and requirements so there is no one more qualified to testify regarding such matters.
